Carolyn (Carrie) Langelotti is Partner-In-Charge of civil, utilities, transportation, architecture and surveying at Brockenbrough. She is responsible for overall project quality, schedules and budgets. Carrie is a registered professional engineer in multiple states and holds a MBA.
Prior to her current role, Carrie was Business Director at Brockenbrough and worked as a design engineer. Her design experience includes site development, roadways, utilities and minor structural engineering. Before joining Brockenbrough in 1993, Carrie was a Senior Project Engineer for Parson Corporation (formerly Charles T. Main) in Charlotte, North Carolina, where she was responsible for management and design of civil and structural engineering projects.
Carrie is dedicated to serving the community through work with professional and business community groups. She is a past President of the VA Section of the American Society of Civil Engineers and past chairperson of the VA Design/Build Construction Management Review Board. Carrie currently serves on the VA Board for Architects, Professional Engineers, Land Surveyors, Certified Interior Designers and Landscape Architects.
