Civil Engineering Group Leader
Keith Stanley is a professional engineer and currently serves as the Civil/Site/Transportation Group Lead.
Keith brings over a decade of experience in civil engineering design and construction administration. His specialties include site development engineering, drainage design, erosion and sediment control, stormwater management and utilities systems. Keith is responsible for both project management and detailed engineering design.
Keith handles all aspects of site development ranging from assistance with master planning, concept developments, field investigations and presentations of design to government leaders and review committees, to cost estimating and construction administration through substantial completion and startup.
He has expertise in handling civil engineering related aspects of project entitlements including architectural review boards, conditional use permits, easement acquisitions, rezonings, special use permits and statements of justifications.
Prior to joining Brockenbrough, Keith was a Project Manager at a regional civil engineering firm specializing in commercial retail, integrated mixed use and recreational facility development.
