Bob Polino is a Principal at Brockenbrough and currently serves as the Managing Principal and the Director of the Site Development group. This area includes civil/site work, parks and recreation, utilities (including water and wastewater), transportation, and surveying. In this role he is responsible for all clients in the Site Development market sector, he serves as the Principal-In-Charge for all site development projects, and he manages the civil and surveying disciplines at Brockenbrough.
As the Director of Site Development, Bob is fundamentally responsible for site, utilities, transportation, parks and recreation, and survey projects. Bob leads a highly qualified team of civil engineers and surveyors who are dedicated to providing excellent customer service and innovative solutions. Additionally, Bob is responsible for firmwide operations, quality, project management practices, and staff resource levels.
Bob has nearly 25 years of technical experience. He began his career working for over 12 years as an engineering and environmental consultant to clients in the pharmaceutical, chemical, and food & beverage industries. He later worked for a global pharmaceutical company and served in several local and regional leadership positions prior to joining Brockenbrough.
