Bob Polino is the Director of Operations at Brockenbrough. He works in concert with the other Directors to manage and oversee the delivery of our professional services firm-wide.
Bob is fundamentally responsible for talent management of the technical staff. He is responsible for overall project management practices and company-wide staff resource levels. Bob identifies, monitors, and communicates company metrics for the firm to support tactical and strategic decision making. He also oversees IT operations to ensure that technology systems and tools are consistently available to staff.
Bob has nearly 25 years of technical experience. He began his career working for over 12 years as an engineering and environmental consultant to clients in the pharmaceutical, chemical, and food & beverage industries. He later worked for a global pharmaceutical company and served in several local and regional leadership positions prior to joining Brockenbrough.
