2015 Promotions

Congratulations to Thomas Condrey and Shelia Wharam for their recent promotions. Thomas was promoted to Survey Director, and Shelia has been elevated to Associate. Thomas has been with Brockenbrough for 22 years and a licensed Land Surveyor since 2008. He started out as a rodman on the survey crew and steadily rose through various positions within the firm. He is now responsible for the day-to-day development and management of the survey department including our subsurface utility engineering services. Shelia has been with Brockenbrough since 2002, and she recently obtained her B.S. in accounting from Strayer University. Her responsibilities include the accounting and human resources functions within the firm. With her promotion to Associate, Shelia will be responsible for the leadership of these key areas of our business as we strive to continuously improve our business processes.
