About This Project

This building includes a large training bay where industries can educate their employees on the use of new technology and manufacturing equipment. The facility contains a distance learning auditorium, computer labs, classrooms and offices. It was designed to project an image of a traditional educational building combined with an industrial facility. The lobby’s vibrant, colorful environment was designed to create an open and inviting atmosphere.

This project consisted of a new building on previously undeveloped land. Services included full architectural and engineering including schematic design, interior design, civil engineering and full construction phase services. One challenge faced during this project was meeting a very limited construction budget.
