Bryan Strayer is a Professional Engineer and currently serves as a Program Manager at Brockenbrough. He develops and maintains client relationships and coordinates and manages projects within the Fuels Infrastructure Market Sector.
Originally from Pennsylvania, Bryan moved to the Richmond area with a local consulting engineering firm back in 1998. A year-and-a half later, he landed at Brockenbrough as a mechanical engineer, and at the time, was the youngest employee in the office. Things have changed quite a bit since then, as Bryan now manages several client portfolios and coordinates the firm’s multi-client storage tank inspection program. He is experienced with planning, design, assessment, and inspection of a wide variety of fueling systems as well as managing project teams and interacting with client stakeholders. He also holds certifications in piping and tank inspections, which have complemented his design experience in those specific areas.
One of the greatest things about Brockenbrough is the people. Anyone out there can develop the technical skills to work on fuel systems. But collaboration between the project team, the client, and the other stakeholders to develop a creative solution that still fits within the boundaries of the established standards is really what sets us apart.
