The project provided two new six-inch and eight-inch water meters from the Chesterfield County water distribution network.

This project also included upgrades to the primary and secondary electrical distribution system for the fire pump building, as well as upgrades to supervisory controls and data acquisition (SCADA) for remote fire department monitoring of the fire pumping system.
