About This Project

Brockenbrough was responsible for the design of ten new or renovated customer service centers for the Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles.  Each center contained a state-of-the-art teller line designated to streamline the service process thereby creating a better experience for the customer and an ergonomically improved workplace for the employees.
