He is responsible for coordinating all survey activities including scheduling, budgets, producing base mapping and plats, and project quality. Tommy is a Licensed Surveyor in VA. He was also the driving force behind starting the firm’s Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE) service. He is responsible for coordinating the daily activities of that group as well, which includes investigations, designations, marking, and mapping. He is a certified utility locator through StakingU.
During his years of experience at Brockenbrough, Tommy has gained experience with each level of surveying. He is highly proficient in topographic, boundary and ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys and construction surveying, including the use of GPS equipment.
