About This Project

Brockenbrough was tasked with vacating and consolidating numerous parcels within the area encompassed by Broad Street, 14th Street, Bank Street and 9th Street. The property was consolidated into several large parcels to accommodate the existing tenants as well as allow for future development. Additionally, Brockenbrough performed topographic surveying on the entire 30 acres to assist in future master planning.
