Austin Brockenbrough & Associates, LLC, a Stratus Team company based in Richmond, Virginia, is a renowned multi-disciplinary engineering and architectural firm.

We are currently seeking a Project Coordinator who is self-motivated and ready to contribute to the future success of Brockenbrough.

 

General

Project Coordinator will perform assignments including but not limited to, project administration, contract compliance, and other business-related support to the project.

 

Responsibilities

• Assist project managers with project correspondence, organizing meetings, developing schedules, status reports, and database updates
• Project and Client Database Management
• Track and Manage subcontracts with other A/E firms, suppliers, and vendors
• Review contract estimates, including proposed materials, production costs, etc and determine whether they seem reasonable and accurate.
• Maintain contract files which will include original contract, all correspondence, changes/deviations, amendments, clarifications, payment schedules
• Maintain AE Qualifications documentation for contracts
• Coordinate with marketing team on development of proposal materials
• Prepare monthly reports for Management Staff and Leadership

 

Qualifications

• Detailed oriented, proactive, self-motivated.
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• 5+ years with project coordinator and/or contract administration
• High level of organization, effective time management skills, attention to detail and follow through
• Computer skills including MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Vision
• Prior exposure to A/E/C or a related field is a strong plus
• Prior exposure to state and federal work
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field of study
